Sacramento in the running for $1B to $2B semiconductor plant, GSEC’s Broome says

The Sacramento region is in the running to get a second semiconductor manufacturing plant built, and that could lead to yet more interest from the chip industry, said Barry Broome, CEO of the Greater Sacramento Economic Council.
