Electric car maker Rivian seeks permits for new sales, service center in North Natomas

Electric vehicle maker Rivian Automotive Inc. is in planning to open a service and sales center at 4100 Northgate Blvd., just north of Interstate 80, in Sacramento’s North Natomas neighborhood.
